Tiny Kot offers you an exceptional experience in Belgium. Nestled on the grounds of a former flax factory, this collection of unique houses and apartments invites you to a memorable getaway.

Minuscule Kot, our first accommodation, is an airy, compact house built from reclaimed windows. It sits at the edge of a small pond, offering a stunning view over the fields. All the basic amenities are provided, and you can enjoy an optional hot tub and barbecue.

The Salle des Pompes, which once pumped water from the basin, has been carefully restored. It offers a warm space with a terrace overlooking the pond. Hundreds of lights create a unique atmosphere in the evening, perfect for relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying a wood-fired pizza.

Our converted Bus Régulier offers a one-of-a-kind experience. With a view of the pond on one side and the meadow on the other, it keeps the bus's original character intact. Enjoy the hot tub by the pond's edge for a truly unique experience.

The Maison des Plantes is a tastefully decorated apartment with a jungle atmosphere thanks to its many unusual plants. It offers a soothing environment with an art library and a private jacuzzi in the garden.

The Maison du Livre, a bright duplex, invites you to curl up with a good book. We have books for every taste, and a shared swimming pond in the garden is planned soon.

Finally, the Maison de l'Amour, with its playful red decor, is perfect for couples. This apartment features a private jacuzzi and a swimming pond in a romantic setting.
