Is the listing really free?
Yes. Your stay appears for free in the directory, the search and the map, for life. The Premium subscription is entirely optional: it unlocks extra features, but nothing forces you to take it.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No, never. We take no commission on your bookings, whatever your plan. Your guests are your guests, and you keep 100% of what you charge.
What is the Premium subscription for?
It unlocks direct booking: your visitors contact you directly through a form, without going through Booking or Airbnb, so without their 15 to 18% commission. A single direct booking per month is usually enough to cover the subscription.
Can I cancel or try without commitment?
Yes. The monthly plan has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time. The annual plan saves you 2 months. You can start for free and upgrade to Premium whenever you like.
What is the "Tested by our team" option?
Our partner team tests your stay and publishes an article along with photos, with a trust badge on your listing. This option is available separately, whatever your subscription.
