Why is my listing already on the site when I didn't create it?
Logement Insolite Belgique is a directory that has listed public unusual accommodations since 2023. We index properties from public sources (Google Maps, official websites, press, Facebook community). If you are the owner or manager, you can claim the listing to manage it yourself.
How do you verify my identity?
We cross-check the email you provide with the property's public information (official website, Google My Business, platform invoices). If needed, we ask for proof (a Booking/Airbnb invoice or similar). Reply within 48 working hours.
What can I do once I've claimed my listing?
Edit all the information (description, prices, amenities), upload your own photos with SEO descriptions, manage your booking links (Booking, Airbnb, Agoda, TripAdvisor, direct website), track viewing statistics over 30 / 90 days and 12 months, and archive the listing yourself if you close.
Is it free?
Yes, taking control of your existing listing and managing it is 100% free. In time we will offer paid promotion options (featured, premium) for more visibility, but they are optional.
I can't find my listing, doesn't it exist?
If your property isn't listed yet, please go to the Register a new property page instead. We process it within 48 hours.
