Le Scandin' Havre

In the heart of the Hesbaye region, in Hannut, Le Scandin' Havre sets a contemporary yurt facing the fields, in total privacy with no overlooking. The idea is Nordic wellbeing: a round, warm, all-wood architecture set on a deck where you move from the sauna to the hot tub in a bathrobe, at any hour. A relaxation bubble for two, designed to cut off from the world and reconnect with the essentials.

Inside, the yurt plays the Scandinavian card all the way: light wood, soft lighting, a cosy lounge and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso). The bedroom nestles on a mezzanine, with a king size bed and quality bedding. A pellet stove and reversible air conditioning ensure a perfect temperature in every season, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower.

But the real luxury is lived outdoors, in a genuine private wellness circuit. A wood-fired barrel sauna, a wood-fired hot tub too, a Scottish shower for the hot-cold effect, and an outdoor jacuzzi that lights up after dark. Around it, a private garden, a wooden deck with lounge and table, a fire bowl for the evenings, all lit with string lights. You string together Nordic rituals facing the sunset over the Hesbaye countryside.

The location is ideal: Namur is 34 minutes away, Liège 42, Brussels an hour. The Hesbaye all around invites cycling and nature escapes, far from the bustle. Linens, towels, bathrobes, parking and firewood are included, and a meal service or little touches (flowers, cake, decoration) can be added to mark the occasion.

Expect from 220€ per night. Le Scandin' Havre is the private version of the Nordic spa experience, for two, in a design yurt in the middle of the fields: a real haven, as its name suggests.
